Shipping-Returns and Terms of Purchase

ORDERING:
You must be 18 years or older to shop with us. To shop in our online store, you must register as a customer. An account can be created under "My page" or during your first purchase. Registration requires a valid email address. We deliver throughout Norway, as well as internationally. When shopping, email and mobile number are mandatory.

DELIVERY:
Your package will be sent with Posten's service package or Bring business package, and you will normally receive your package within 2-5 days. We reserve the right that the item may not be in stock and will not be sent until we receive it. You will then be informed of this via email when we receive the order, so you can choose the further progress of your order.

INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS:
Upon receipt of the item, you should immediately check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order. If the product has been damaged during transport, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receipt. This is done via email to Post@boostracefuel.no. If something does not match the order, you can demand that the error be corrected either through a new item, price reduction, credit, or cancellation of the purchase.

FOR RETURNS:
Contact Boost Motorsport via email, with the order number and the reason for the return.

PRICES:
All prices include VAT and are stated in Norwegian kroner.

PAYMENT:
We accept all types of debit and credit cards, and you must sign for your payment via your online banking solution. This is encrypted to ensure the most secure purchase possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The right of withdrawal assumes that you notify us of this (withdrawal period) no later than 14 days after receiving the delivery.

For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be returned to us in approximately the same condition as you received it.

All products must be returned to us within a reasonable time. Any return shipment must be paid by you. Repayment shall take place within fourteen days after we receive the product from you.

The product is to be returned to us, if possible in its original packaging, along with the withdrawal form.

For the sale of discounted items or outgoing models, there is no right of exchange.
